At The Little Nest, we make it simple to send and receive outgrown kids’ clothes—quickly, reliably, and with care.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
We’re working on expanding to more locations in the future—but for now, our clothing swap service is available to families in all 50 U.S. states.

Shipping Time

We ship our items out of headquarters in California. Most boxes arrive at their destination within 5–7 business days from the time they are dropped off.

You’ll also receive a tracking number, so you can follow your box from your door to another family’s—and watch the loop continue.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping and handling, which covers:

The cost of your prepaid shipping label
Processing and matching of your box
Customer support and swap coordination

All fees are clearly outlined before you check out—no surprises.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please reach out to our team at info@thelittleloop.com and we’ll do our best to help. While we can’t control carrier delays, we can make sure you’re taken care of.
