What to know
Do you really match my bag to a real family?
Yes. When you send your bag, you tell us the sizes and gender; we match your items to a parent in our database with a younger child who can use them right now.
What can I put in the Loop Bag?
Clean, dry kids’ clothes (all seasons), shoes, and accessories in wearable condition. Please skip soiled items and loose fabric scraps.
How do I tell you the sizes and gender?
When you’re ready to ship, scan the bag’s QR code or follow the link in your order email to select the sizes and gender mix inside your bag.
Can I join the match database to receive clothes, too?
Absolutely. Opt in during checkout or on your account page and add your child’s sizes; we’ll match incoming bags to you when there’s a fit.
What if an item can’t be matched?
We have a large database of parents to make sure your clothes get matched, but the more families that sign up to receive clothes, the stronger and faster our matching becomes. That’s why we encourage you to join the database too — so the loop keeps growing and every item finds a new home
How long does shipping take and is it free?
Bags ship in 24–48 hours and typically arrive within 5–8 business days. Your return is free — just scan the QR for your label and drop it off.
